Student Affairs
The American University of Nigeria is a diverse local and international learning community dedicated to the continued growth and development of young students both inside and outside of the classroom. AUN is committed to preparing students to be educated and enlightened citizens through exposure and engagement in learning activities and experiences that are designed intentionally to prepare them for challenges in a global society.
Through involvement in residential living, student activities, leadership development experiences, athletics, student governance, and many other extra-curricular programs and activities, students will find many opportunities to enhance their overall development and prepare them to make significant contributions both in Nigeria and in the world.
Office of Dean of Students
Responsible for providing students with impartial, independent and confidential support regarding University policies and procedures.

AUN provides a wide range of opportunities for students to participate in competitive and recreational sporting events.

Provides information and assistance to students related to choosing a major.
Judicial Affairs
This office is Responsible for the facilitation of the Student Code of Conduct.
Community Service and Service Learning
Focuses on experiences that connect students to their respective communities.
Office of Residential Life
Responsible for the management of all residential facilities on the campus of AUN.
Housing Assignments and Card Services
Assigning all students into University housing and providing each student with an official ID card..
Study Abroad
AUN sponsors semester abroad programs and short term international experiences for students who have interest in international study.
Health and Wellness
AUN has a clinic to provide healthcare and is situated on the main campus.
Campus Safety & Security
Our security staff provide 24 hours a day coverage fro the entire campus community and off-campus facilities.
Religious Life
AUN is committed to freedom of religious expression and respect for diverse religious traditions.
