PhD Computer Science

PhD program in Computer Science is to prepare students with the following abilities: Understanding of the theory and application on core areas of computer science, having management information systems and interdisciplinary informatics. Knowledge of the analysis, design, development, and implementation of current and future information technologies; Competence in conducting and managing high-quality, basic and applied research; Solid grounding in the fundamentals of academic teaching; Strong foundation in multidisciplinary and emergent areas in information technology. PhD in computer science requires that the student completes a minimum of 48 credit units.

PhD Information Systems

PhD program in Information System is to prepare students with the following abilities: Understanding of the theory and application of information technology focused around the core areas of computer science, management information systems and interdisciplinary informatics. Knowledge of the analysis, design, development, and implementation of current and future information technologies; Competence in conducting and managing high-quality, basic and applied research; Solid grounding in the fundamentals of academic teaching; Strong foundation in multidisciplinary and emergent areas in information technology. PhD in information systems requires that the student completes a minimum of 48 credit units.

MSc Information Systems (IS)

The Master's degree in Information Systems (IS) with Concentrations is designed to prepare students for challenging careers involving the design, analysis, implementation and operation of computer-based information systems. IS involves the application of computers in organizations functional areas of management.

Executive Masters in Information Technology

The Masters degree in Information Technology will appeal to graduates who hold a primary degree in Computer Science or related course in computing and who wish to upgrade their qualification to Masters’ level. Our degree will also appeal to graduates with other science or engineering backgrounds who wish to work in the IT industry. The course is offered on a part-time basis leading to a diploma certificate or Masters Degree in IT.

MSc Computer Science

Masters in computer science program gives students the opportunity to further their knowledge about foundational and applied topics in computing preparing them for advanced industrial or research positions. Computing jobs can be found in almost all sectors of modern life today: banking, oil and gas, telcos, agriculture, health-care, transportation, entertainment, media and communications, power generation etc.
